Edgechem Road Marking Paint is an alkyd-based, quick-drying coating that offers exceptional durability and adhesion, making it ideal for use on both new and previously painted surfaces such as bitumen and concrete roads, runways, parking lots, and traffic lanes in industrial plants. This paint provides excellent re-coating capabilities, ensuring long-lasting, vibrant markings. It is formulated for both interior and exterior use, offering good durability and excellent hiding power. Edgechem Road Marking Paint can be applied using a brush, roller, or spray, making it versatile for various applications.

• Density (lb/gal): 10.6 ± 0.1
• Finish: Egg Shell
• Viscosity (cP): 2000-3000
• Flash Point: 9°C
• Drying Time (31°C and 70% RH):
  • To Touch: 10 minutes (Dependent on temperature and relative humidity)
  • To Recoat: After 1 hour

Coverage Rate:

• Varies considerably with the method of application and type of surface. One gallon will do a four-inch line (120 – 150 meters long).

Application:

• Stir contents thoroughly before using.
• If using a brush or roller, apply without thinning. If spraying, reduce by 5-10% with Edgechem Industrial Thinner.
• The paint will touch dry in 10 minutes and hard dries in 1 hour.
• Note: DO NOT apply Road Marking Paint during rainy weather, as this could affect the initial drying and curing of the product.

Suggested Uses:

• Suitable for use on new and previously painted bitumen and concrete roads, runways, parking lot surfaces, and traffic lanes in industrial plants.

Clean Up:

• This should be done immediately using Edgechem Industrial Thinner.
