For more than 30 years, EdgeChem Paints has given its customers the best painting experience and satisfaction over the years, through excellent customer service, innovation and top-quality products. A solely owned and operated Jamaican company, EdgeChem opened its doors in 1991 to provide top-quality Furniture and Automotive finishes. Initially staffed with two (2) employees and operating out of a humble location in Olympic Gardens in Kingston, we continue our journey of growth to becoming one of Jamaica’s leading manufacturer and distributor of paint, including Decorative, Automotive, Industrial and Furniture finishes.
Today we provide employment for 300 employees, with sales revenue just over J$2 Billion.
EdgeChem Jamaica Limited operates from two (2) locations, its Head Office and Factory located at 18 Carifta Avenue, Nanse Pen Industrial Estate, Kingston 11 and its Global Logistic Centre and Administrative Offices located at 24 Carifta Avenue.
Beyond our love for paint is our love for giving back to our community. We take our Corporate Social Responsibility seriously and have worked with several Early Childhood Institutions and surrounding community programs, aimed at uplifting people’s lives. We believe in changing lives one gallon of paint at a time.

EdgeChem Paints began its journey between 1991 and 1995 with the launch of its first products. From 1995 to 2001, the company introduced EdgeMobile, further expanding its product offerings. Between 2002 and 2006, EdgeChem achieved a significant milestone by exporting its first batch of Automel Super to Trinidad. Continuing its growth and development, the company started constructing its new building from 2017 to the present.
